Pop-up Yoga classes

We are so excited to announce that we will be running a series of pop-up Yoga classes at Studio2Pilates during April and May!

Yoga has been on our list of alternative classes to offer at Studio2 for a long time and so we’ve decided to offer a few pop-up classes to get started! We believe that Yoga and Pilates complement each other perfectly and hope to introduce our Pilates clients to Yoga and new Yoga clients to Pilates to show how beneficial each respective method can be to the other.

In a world where go go go is the name of the game, taking some time out for personal development is so important. Yoga allows you to balance your body and your mind. It can help calm the mind and lower stress levels by focusing the mind on the moment and the movements rather than on external distractions.

About our Yoga classes:

With a maximum of 5 per class and our ladies only policy, we look forward to offering you classes in a comfortable and inspiring environment where you’ll be free to focus on your body and calm your mind.

We will be running 2 pop-up Yoga classes per week for 4 weeks with our lovely guest instructor, at R100.00 per class, pay as you go. Classes are small so bookings will be made on a first-come first-served basis.
