The blossoms are starting to bloom and the fresh breeze of spring is in the air! So what a perfect opportunity to sign up for our new fitness package, “Spring Into Fitness Package”.

This spring, why not start the new season with new goals for yourself and your body with our new Spring Into Fitness package where we want to help you reach your own personal fitness goals!

We have put together a package that we feel will help you to get started in the right direction of reaching your personal fitness goals for the Spring season.

The package includes:

A 6-week program that incorporates Private and Group Classes at a discounted rate.

  • 1 Private Session to kick start your fitness journey off, which includes a full-body assessment and for those who are new to Pilates, will cover the basic principles and techniques
  • 2 Group Classes per week to attend over 4 weeks. (You may choose to attend any of the group classes that we offer on our schedule as part of your package)
  • 1 Private session at the end of your 6-week program

What do the packages cost?

Mat Studio or Online Classes:

These classes will all be done on the mat using various pieces of small equipment either at the studio or online through Zoom.

The total price for this package is R2050 ( Total Savings of 10% off regular studio fees)
