This autumn, why not start the new season with new goals for yourself and your body with our new Fall Into Fitness package where we want to help you reach your own fitness goals!

We have put together a package that we feel will help you get started in the right direction of reaching your personal fitness goals for the autumn season.
The package includes:
A 6-week program that incorporates Private and Group Classes at a discounted rate.
- 1 Private Session to kick start your fitness journey off, which includes a full-body assessment and for those who are new to Pilates, will cover the basic principles and techniques
- 2 Group Classes per week to attend over 4 weeks. (You may choose to attend any of the group classes that we offer on our schedule as part of your package)
- 1 Private session at the end of your 6-week program
What do the packages cost?
Studio or Online Classes:
Your Private classes will either be taught on our Pilates Wunda Chair or the Mat using various pieces of small equipment at the studio, and your group classes will be mat-based sessions that can be attended at the studio or online through Zoom.
The total price for this package is R2260 ( Total Savings of 10% off regular studio fees)
