Studio2 is excited to announce that we will be hosting our Pilates and Wellness retreats from October!
The weekend retreat promises to invigorate the body and mind with a carefully compiled program that will incorporate different Pilates class styles accompanied by a myriad of fitness and well-being activities.
Retreats will run from Friday to Sunday set in tranquil locations throughout our beautiful country. You will be able to unwind, rejuvenate and enjoy the beautiful outdoors while being guided to be a more fulfilled you.
Your 3-days will include the following:
Day 1:
- Welcome Drinks
- Evening Pilates Class
- Dinner
Day 2:
- Trail Runs/Hike
- Buffet Breakfast
- Pilates Classes with Props
- Lunch
- Cardio Pilates
- Well-being session 1
- Sunset Walks
- Dinner
- Well-being session 2
Day 3
- Trail Run/Hike
- Breakfast
- Facia Releasing Pilates Class
- Closing Lunch
Specific dietary requirements on request and the following will be available over the weekend:
- Private personal therapy sessions with Romy
- Private Wunda Chair classes with Romy (This requires to be booked 2 weeks in advance).
