We are very excited to announce that we now have our Cardio Floor at Studio2!
We all love our Pilates sessions but our bodies also require cardiovascular exercises to help us keep fit and healthy!
We have added our new cardio class, “Pilates-This Is Cardio” to our studio.
These classes will run for 55 minutes combining the Pilates repertoire and a cardio routine with the Pilates Gliders to help get your heart rate going and leave your body feeling the benefits of a Pilates and Cardiovascular workout.
These classes will run at the following times:
- Tuesdays: 11:45 am (Studio)
- Wednesdays: 4 pm (Studio)
- Fridays: 9 am (Online)
Our Studio2-Cardio floor can also be booked for 30-minute sessions at a time and we will be offering a new circuit training session each week that will be Pilates-focused. Then to really get your heart rate going, we will be adding our Studio2-boxing classes to our cardio floor.
Your sessions can be booked via the Octiv App and the prices to use the Studio2-Cardio Floor are as follows:
- 1 Session Per Week: R151
- 2 Sessions Per Week: R260
- 3 Sessions Per Week: R325
- Drop-In Session Rate: R50
We will also be offering Private and Semi-Private 30-Minute sessions which you can then book through Romy at email@example.com
