We’re moving to bigger, better premises on 1 August 2018 and we’ll be running a series of FREE CLASSES between 6 August and 18 August to welcome some new faces into our new home!
We offer different types of classes at our studio and we’ve selected a variety of class types and times to offer these promotional classes at, in the hopes that everyone will find a class and time that suits them to join in on the fun!

- Tues 14 Aug, 17:00 – 17:55 – Stretch
- Wed 15 Aug, 8:00 – 8:55 – Zumba
- Thurs 16 Aug, 19:00 – 19:55 – Pilates (all levels)
- Fri 17 Aug, 9:00 – 9:55 – Barre
- Sat 18 Aug, 12:00 – 14:00 Combo Workshop (all levels)
Please Note
- Multiple classes may be attended but preference will be given to ladies joining us for the first time
- Combo workshop includes a 30 minute introduction of Pilates, Barre, Zumba & Stretch
