Are you looking to add a fun cardio class to your fitness routine? We have the new Rebounding classes that we have now added to our schedule!

Join our fun, energetic & low-impact Bounce classes starting this week at our studio! These classes are appropriate for all ages and levels of fitness.

Space is limited to a maximum of 4 ladies per class. Please get in touch with Romy to reserve your spot in our next class!

Classes Times:

  • Tuesdays 5:15 pm
  • Sundays 8:45 am
