Studio2Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio offering Individual, Semi-Private and small Group classes to ladies only. With many of our classes currently quite full, we are very excited to announce the new additions to the schedule for 2016.
These will include a few brand new times that have previously not been available, providing you with all the possible options you might need to secure a regular spot and start making Pilates part of your fitness routine!
Free Introductory Class
You can try any of these new classes by taking advantage of our first Free Introductory Class offer. As always, space is limited so contact us as soon as possible to book your spot and avoid disappointment.
List of the New 2016 Classes
We generally recommend that anyone who is new to Pilates should start out in a Foundation Group class for a couple of classes before moving to a Beginner Group class. However, since these are all brand new classes, they will all focus on the basics of the Pilates technique and would all be suitable to anyone who is new to the Pilates method.

Class Levels
Visit our Classes Page and find out about all the different class levels we offer. We encourage clients to progress to more challenging classes as and when they are ready. This will give you a good sense of the options available at a later stage and if you do have experience with Pilates and are not a beginner, help you to choose the perfect level to join us with.
