We’ve created a package designed especially to help you decide whether or not online classes fit into your “new normal” life, at least for the next little while. With an excellent selection of different class options, there should be something to suit everyone!

Your very first class with us is free!
Thereafter, pay R600.00 for your first 8 Newbie Classes if you sign up for our Newbie Classes Package! (Savings of R 369.00)
After completing your first 8 Newbie Classes, if you’d like to continue in the Newbie Classes, you’ll receive a 10% discount on our standard group class rates going forward.
Alternatively, keep paying the Newbie Classes Package Price of R600.00 if you pay upfront for your first 3 months. (Savings of R 1 107.00)
Newbie Classes Schedule
Join any of the following classes as many times per week as you like until you’ve used up your 8 classes.
- Monday 8am Improver/Moderate Group Class
- Wednesday 3pm Beginner/Gentle Group Class
- Wednesday 6pm Stretch Group Class
- Thursday 7am Beginner/Gentle Group Class
- Thursday 8am Beginner/Gentle Group Class
- Thursday 9am Studio2Barre Group Class
- Thursday 7pm Improver/Moderate Group Class
- Saturday 11am Beginner/Gentle Group Class
- Sunday 10am Beginner/Gentle Group Class
