About Studio 2 Pilates
Studio 2 Pilates is a small, ladies-only, mat and equipment specialty Pilates studio in Mowbray in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. We pride ourselves in offering a boutique experience to both clients and instructors.
About the position offered:
We are looking for a newly qualified female instructor to join our continually growing studio. If you are newly certified and looking for practical experience and the opportunity to learn and grow within an established studio, we are offering a unique opportunity to participate in our Apprentice Program.
Program outline
- Unpaid training
- Manual revision, training in teaching skills, joining in on existing studio classes throughout the week, weekly feedback meetings, mentoring and weekly instructor classes are a few of the essential training tools that will be covered in the program
- Paid teaching
- As soon as an apprentice shows signs of being able to competently start teaching, classes will be launched and slots advertised to start building a client base and earn an hourly rate for classes taught
Qualifications and Experience:
No teaching experience is required, just a Matwork certification. We will work with you and help to develop your teaching skills as well as provide you with the opportunity to steadily grow a client base of your own with great earning and career potential.
