For just R1200.00 per month, you will receive 1 individual Pilates class with our apprentice instructor per week to perfect your technique and work on your strength, 1 Studio 2 Barre class per week to get your heart rate up and 1 Studio 2 Yoga class per week to spend time releasing the tension from the week and revitalising your mind!
Individual Pilates classes are the perfect way to have a class tailored to your specific needs, working on your body’s strengths and weaknesses. This is perfect for clients who are new to Pilates as well as clients who usually participate in group Pilates classes. Use these classes to fine tune your existing practice or be introduced to Pilates in one of the most effective ways.
- Tuesdays: 14:00 – 14:55, 15:00 – 15:55
- Thursdays: 09:00 – 09:55
- Fridays: 14:00 – 14:55, 15:00 – 15:55, 16:00 – 16:55

Studio 2 Barre is a great class that challenges you by adding that all important cardio element to your workout. This class is an energetic class done to music, incorporating principles of Pilates, Yoga and dance. It’s perfect for warming you up on those chilly days!

Studio 2 Yoga adds the perfect balance to the Winter Combo Promo. These small group classes allow you to enjoy the calmness of a Yoga class with an instructor guiding your every move. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy that important time-out moment that everyone needs at least once a week!

Having a scheduled class 3 times a week makes it so much easier to commit to your workouts when it’s cold, rather than trying to convince yourself that you’ll get to the gym at some point during the week.
We are running this promotion during July and August so please contact us as soon as possible to secure your spots as space is limited!

- Clients must commit to a specific time for each weekly class (the same time each week)
- Current clients wishing to participate in the promotion may do so over and above their regular scheduled classes. Contact Dianne to discuss the different options
- The promotional rate will only apply to clients signing up for 3 55 minute classes per week at the specified times
- Our free introductory class does not apply to this promotion
- Clients will not receive credits or refunds for missed classes
- If cancelled in time, make up classes may be arranged subject to availability
- Space in these classes is subject to availability
