New Sunday Classes

We’re making it easier for you to join classes!

Pilates Side KickWe know how challenging it can be to make it to class during the busy week and often it means exercise takes a back seat because there simply isn’t enough time in between work, school runs and life.

This no longer needs to be what stands between you and a consistent exercise routine. We are happy to be able to offer the following classes that are now available:

  • Sunday 8:00 – 8:55 Beginner Level
  • Sunday 9:00 – 9:55 Beginner Level
  • Sunday 10:00 – 10:55 Foundation Levels
  • Sunday 11:00 – 11:55 Zumba All Levels
