New Pilates Group classes launched!

Pilates Theraband Group ClassKeeping the number of ladies in our group classes to a maximum of 5-6 is the key to offering our clients a quality experience.

For this reason, our classes tend to fill up quickly and so our aim is to continue to offer as many options as possible to suit everyone’s schedules and budgets. With this, we are excited to offer the following new Pilates Group classes to you:

New Intermediate Pilates Group class:

Mondays 19:00-19:55
Our Intermediate classes are great for those of you who have mastered the basics and are ready to take it up a level and start progressing towards the full matwork repertoire.

New Off-peak Beginner Pilates Group class:

Thursdays 15:00-15:55
Our Off-peak classes are offered at a discounted rate and have proven to be really popular with ladies who have an hour or two to spare in the afternoons and are looking for a class that’s a little more ‘pocket-friendly’.

How to book:

Your first class at our studio is a free introductory class, which is a great way to join a class and get a feel for our studio and instructors. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis so contact us soon to avoid disappointment.
