Studio 2 is fast becoming your one-stop-studio for ladies fitness and well-being! In August last year, we launched Studio 2 Barre, the cardio companion to Pilates. Building on that success and the positive feedback we received about our recent pop-up Yoga classes, we are excited to announce the official launch of Studio 2 Yoga!
New available class times:
- Tuesdays 13:00-13:55
- Thursdays 08:00-08:55
- Fridays 17:00-17:55
We’re going to run Studio 2 Yoga on exactly the same pricing structure as our group Pilates classes. Clients will pay a monthly fee in advance depending on how many times per week they want to attend. Of course, you can combine these with your group Pilates or Barre classes to reduce the rate per class!
- One class per week: R420 per month
- Two classes per week: R750 per month
- Three classes per week: R1060 per month

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Celeste de Bruyn, our fantastic guest instructor who we are pleased to say will now be joining our team! Her calm nature and enthusiasm are sure to benefit everyone she teaches! I asked Celeste to share what Yoga means to her, with us. Here is what she had to say:
When you practise something like yoga in a mindful manner, you find that you can translate the strength, balance and flexibility from your yoga practise into life situations. My practise has become my meditation – it is the time that I take out, for myself, to check in with my body and my mind, to remind myself to breathe, and to come back to a harmonious balance. As a result, I have become much better equipped to deal with the stresses that life invariably brings.
