Introducing our FREE FitStart Workshop Series! We offer 3 different types of classes at the studio and normally you can choose one to try as a free introductory class. With this special workshop series, we are offering you the opportunity to try all three, in one energetic hour and discover your favourite!

Workshop Times & Dates
We will be running these weekly workshops every Saturday for the month of May. As space is limited, this will provide enough opportunities to take advantage of this special offer by booking your spot on the date that best suits you! Dates are provided below:

Space is limited and will be booked on a first come, first served basis, so please book your spot quickly to avoid disappointment!
How To Book
To book your spot, please contact us by using our contact form. Please make sure to let us know your preference in terms of date. If you have a secondary choice that would also work for you, please include that in your message in case your first choice is fully booked.
We’ll get back to you by email with your booking and you’ll hear from us again as your workshop date approaches for final confirmation.
What’s Included In The Workshop
We will start off with 20 minutes of Pilates to wake up your core, followed by 20 minutes of Barre to get your heart rate up and finish off with 20 minutes of Stretching to iron out the body’s creases.
These 20 minute tasters will offer you the perfect introduction to the classes we offer at the studio and provide you with a no-obligation chance to try something you haven’t tried before!

Pilates is the thinking person’s exercise with a quality over quantity approach. Two repetitions of a movement done precisely, incorporating correct breathing are more effective than doing 20 repetitions incorrectly!

Barre combines the principles of Pilates with cardio training. It still promises a detailed workout, focusing on alignment and correct form while getting the heart rate up and leaving you with a healthy glow throughout the class.

Enjoy some quiet time out by combining relaxing and revitalising stretching techniques in a class designed to gently ease tightness and tension. This is a great class to combine with other forms of activity that leave the body stiff and imbalanced.
